Hi Puma_01. From what you say it seems like a clutch problem, which does not finish off the disc. Transit usually carry on the right side of the change an 8m black/m screw, flat and wide. Try to give another bleeding to the circuit, in case you have some air. Even so, try to put 2nd and without releasing the pedal puts the 1st. If it enters well, it is the problem of the hydraulic actuator that does not move enough the pressure plate.
