Someone can help me with a mechanical problem with my vehicle, I have a 2008 Tornado truck, but I just took it from the workshop, they changed rings, metals, but continues with a noise under the engine as if a chain was tangled and as if the water pump sounded

Good vibu. Release the auxiliary strap and start, to rule out bearings (alternator, rollers, steering pump, etc.)
