Identify Dodge Neon piece 2001

Hello friends, I opened this topic to see if someone can help me identify this piece of the acceleration body of a 2001 Dodge Neon (it is the one that is marked with the arrow), and if they manage to identify it I would like to know their name and its function within the acceleration body as well as its symptoms in case it is failing, it would be very helpful if I handle my hand, since my car for times does not do the combustion. Second speed, I already changed oil, clean injectors, change spark plugs, cables and coil, even the IAC valve already cleaned and that evil is not yet removed.
