Toyota Corolla Temperature Problem 1.3 Year 91 Published by Manual-Mecanica
Holi guys:

My big problem is that I have a Toyota Corolla 1.3 of 91 to which the temperature rises very fast (5 min max) arrives halfway and lost water. First he fixed the water pump, he continued heating and losing water ... the mechanic changed the cylinder head gas water. The second mechanic came after reviewing and filling it again and seeing that it did not break water told me that it could be that the previous mechanic when changing the cylinder head gasket does not send the butt to workshop (I know that I did not do it) and that must be what the engine makes to boil.
You can tell me if this information is fine or if there is any other problem that is not taking into account.
greetings

So you stated that the head (button) has an internal leak or bursting (assuming that packaging is new) x what I do think it is convenient to take it to a rectified workshop to prove it (this can be done by the mechanic), you have to be sure that there are no internal leaks. That would be that compression is passed to the cooling system. Slds and luck

The cylinder head is chopped and water passes from the combustion chamber. In this case you have to send the cylinder head to do a hydraulic test, but in this case it should consume refrigerant and notice it in the escape.
Another possibility is that when they filled the cooling circuit they have not purged the air and this causes airbags and the refrigerant not circulating, in this case it would consume refrigerant by evaporation due to heating.

You should also take into account that the butt suffers deformation on its surface, contact with the encaquetura, to verify it, it is enough to disassemble, clean it and put a rectified rule on its contact surface, not to have light in its contact greater than 0.15 mm
