Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Temperature
In the circuit there must be a 1 bar pressure.

In addition, the expansion vessel cap when it passes from some pressure I think it opens a membrane and releases excess pressure.

Hope to have told you some friends and conclusions are drawn.

all the best

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Temperature
Hello friend, as the partner says, check the expansion deposit lid to see if the pressure download valves work, although most likely you have damaged the Board of the Bill and are passing combustion gases to the cooling circuit, if you will have to disassemble it to change the joint and rectify the plane of the same, tell us how you go, greetings.:)

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Temperature
Hello everyone.:)

I also lean on the Board of Curates.
When I worked in the workshop I had a simple method to check if
it was wrong.

It's about putting air into pressure inside the cylinder, if the Board is wrong with the expansion bottle you will get bubbles.

I did it with a bieja spark plug to which the electrode removes, and with an air gun, it tested cylinder by cylinder

if you do not see the expansion bottle well fill it to the mouth, and if the joint is evil when pressing the water the water comes out.

I hope it serves you porlamenos to check the Board before spending the pasta on the joint.B)

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Temperature
The boys are right ... the most likely thing is that it is blowing by the Board, but before disarming anything I would have to see if the valves of the deposit lid are working properly, sometimes they are filled with tartar Serve something !!
