I need to disassemble the spotlights of my Audi TT year2008 published by Manual-Mecanica

Well, that need to disassemble the spotlights of my Audi TT of the year 2008, to replace the position bulbs, but I am not able to get the focus.
I have removed 3 screws that hold the focus and a piece of grid plastic but does not come out.
I need someone to tell me how I can release the spotlights.
