Change of Peugeot 206 1.4LT distribution belt published by Manual-Mecanica

Greetings to all, someone could inform me of the procedure to change the distribution strap of a Peugeot 206 1.4 year 2006, it is in 70000km and it seems to me that it is time to change it. Similarly, the procedure to change the alternator strap.

Not for God the same as that of the alternator does not, that carries some distribution open
