Change air filter to Tepee 1.6HDI 90CV

Hello everyone.

I have a Tepee 1.6HDI 90CV partner without FAP and I bought a washable k& n filter, but the filter is located under the front moon, under the windshield wiper.

Can anyone tell me how can I access him to change it? You should be able to do if they do it in the workshop.

I think it is not the only Peugeot or Citroen with the hidden filter in the same place.
