Problem with the Mondeo heating command published by Manual-Mecanica
Hello I have a 92 mondeo and the heating has been damaged has 3 positions because well it only works at the highest speed in the others I do not make noise I have checked fuses and nothing I have changed the switch key and remains the same.
Can anyone help me?
Only 12 volts reach the room ventilation engine in the max speed.
What does it turn at lower speed?
Thank you.
Thank you

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Problem with the Mondeo heating command
Hello Sunday, your problem is that the resistance that is next to the heating engine itself has been burned.

The system to make the fan rotate to several different speed regimes is to make the current run a resistance of great power before reaching the engine.

The resistance has several terminals and depending on where the current arrives, lets the engine go by getting intermediate speeds. If the resistance burns, you only have the maximum speed at which the resistance does not intervene.

Resistance extraction:

1st Loosen the Lower Right Coating Panel of the dashboard (the cardboard that covers the dashboard just above the feet of the companion)

2nd Unplug the ventilator engine resistance connector and remove it.

Greetings and if you have doubts or something you have nothing but post them
