RN 2.2 Lagoon Problems

I have a RNAULT Laguna RN 2.2 of 96, an endless oil tanker, has more than 400,000 km and sometimes, from 3500-4000 rpm, a "tablet" in the engine begins to be heard, it loses power and comes out blue and white smoke. At first I thought it was a lack of fuel and changed the filter but it is still the same. It starts like the first day. Could it be piston-aros or injected bomb? I think it has even spent oil but I'm not sure and I'm checking it. Now I try not to reach those revolutions to see if it endures and explodes on the other hand or I tire of him and change it.
