Hello friends you have very good night.
I write to request a small help regarding a fault that I have in a vehicle in workshop that has me without resources.
To begin with, I am told that it is a Mazda 323 year 2000 vehicle with 1.6 cc "zm" motor which has a starting failure, it means that the engine does not start.
According to what has already been done in size, the engine does not produce injection or spark. The signs of food to the coils are within parameter as well as the tension signal of the injectors. A change of ECU was performed and the engine party, not 100% but stayed about 15 minutes working well, then proceeded to stop. So it was thought that ECU could be the failure, but when it wanted to put into service with the aforementioned ECUs, the same conditions as with the previous Ecu. It followed with the verifications in the engine and disassembled the cyguela "CPK" position sensor made some measurements with a voltimeter. Here is one of the doubts I have regarding the fault. With respect to the technical information of this sensor, the resistive value that must be according to manual is approx. 550 OMHS and the sensor had about 20 momhs so it was decided to replace a new original one. One to see in our hands was the sensor and the resistive value it had was 26 momhs installed and did not want to leave. My question is the new bad come? Or that is the resistive value that it must have even if the manual tells me something else.
I beg you to help me and wait for your response, which are dedicated to this particular problem, the rest is discarded.

Look at the truth that the resistive value of the manuals usually say anything, it is a standard if you look at the autodata all the sensors must mark a resistive value of 500 OHMS by 650, but in Fiat the new Sensor and ask for another for me to be aya at the premises, they can't deny that and compare us then let us know what you can do.

I forgot to me that I started but I did not go well, check the setting aim This problem of pointing directly affects the ignition and the injection.

According to the symptoms that you measure, I had the same problem a while, only with a Hyundai Elantra, I had neither spark nor energy towards the injectors. After enhancing several tests and measurements, we diagnose that it was neither the CKP, nor the coil. The anomaly was in the relay of the fuel pump, since it is that relay that feeds the injectors, coil and sensors of energy.

Remember that if the tuning is with a career of half a tooth or a tooth, that corrects it the same ECU, with the help of CKP and CMP sensor, which correct the progress. Already when it comes to 2 teeth up, you can run into the valves.
