The exploding is going to be more complicated, since I do not have the workshop manual. The distribution chart happened to you right now.

The truth is that nothing comes from how to adjust the distribution, nothing more than remove the plugs from the camshaft lid and put the lock supplies, the same in the crankshaft and make sure that the notches of the camshafts are horizontal.

He also says that you have to put a new screw on the crankshaft pulley after mounting it.

draft Disassemble the locked camshaft housing caps (1).
Mount the tools for camshaft lock (2).

The recesses of the camshaft lock tools must be in a horizontal position (3).

Note: Mark the recesses of blocking tools with paint before assembly (4).

Turn the crankshaft in its normal direction until the camshaft blocking tools are heard in its accommodations.

Insert the crankshaft blocking pin into the clutch housing hole (5).

Mount the tensioner lock tool (6) before carrying out any engine repair work.

Tighten the crankshaft pulley cube screw (7) tightening torque: A = Agila, Astra H and Meriva. B = Corsa C, Combo C, Corsa D, Tigra B, Use a new screw.

Note: The crankshaft pulley cube screw has left thread.

Tightening pairs:

Carter Oil screws = 9nm
Central screw Crankshaft Pulley = 50nm + 90º Left.
