Hello Friends of MDM, I am starting in the verification of Common Rail injectors and a few days ago acquired, a bank for NT300 (Chinese) bombs which complement with a Common Rail CRS 3 (also Chinese) simulator which occupied with a manual pump to verify the opening of the injectors and return in a very basic but functional way in my place of residence where there is no easy access to technology or information.
The problem I have in this minute is to know if what I am measuring is within the established parameters or not.
Example An injector 0445110 092 Bosch by simulating the test at 7 Hz 700us 200 rpm and 250 pressure bar in the line, gives me a delivery of 24 ml and 16 ml of return, but I do not know if the value or the parameters with which I am working is correct. I only know that if the return is not greater !! At least the vehicle will leave, which in 80 % of cases do not do and repost them (change ankrae and stamps) if they improve. but they remain with bell or smoke between changes.
Does anyone in the group have information or check tables of some injectors who can share?
