Nafta leak by Canister Mercedes Benz to 190

Hello, I have a problem with a Mercedes Benz Class A 190 2004, the problem is that it throws me fuel due to the canister's discharge and it lost pressure and its power works at 80%, the only solution that I saw it was to connect the canister's disagree hose to the return so that I do not throw the fuel to the floor but everyone tells me that the canister does not carry fuel only gases from the tank. May the canister not break! If someone can guide me a little, I appreciate it!
