Training multiplier program, a new Volvo proposal

Once again, the truck and bus brand has launched a program that seeks drivers to take full advantage of their truck.

The renowned Volvo Trucks company announced that it approved the first instructors of the Training Multiplier Program. The same aims to provide knowledge and tools to educators so that there is a better training for customers in Argentina.

According to what Guido Cotarelo explains, head of Volvo Trucks Network Development, "The benefits of the training are appreciated in the optimization of the use of truck functions, the reduction in fuel consumption, the decrease in the wear of parts and greater management safety”.

Indeed, part of the service that Volvo Trucks offers its clients consists of economic and safe driving training for drivers. In that sense, each concessionaire invites its transport clients to train their truck drivers free of charge to know the technological tools and all the functions of the vehicles.



But the trainers not only dictate safe and economic driving training courses, but also in the concessionaires they also carry out the technical delivery of the 0 km vehicle. This is an instance where the driver is provided, especially the operation of the unit before the route goes out.
