Manual-Mecanica response on the Motor Block Heli-Coil
Hello everyone:
I tell you that I have been working in engines for 30 years and Heli-Coil threads have been the definitive motor block, we use them for competition and in conventional engines. The original threads distribute the total effort of the bull in the first three threads or turns of the thread regardless of the length, and when applying the heline inserts that are made of stainless steel distribute the effort along all the turns of the thread. They are used in cases that we need to give more torque than the original engine without block.
I hope my comment serves you. Greetings.
