Help ¡Axiom Isuzu 2004

Good day. I have a problem with my truck, my mechanic changed some valves, but right now, it is not stopped as the camshafts again, he says he does not know how they are positioned / synchronized. I download a manual of this same page and took it, but it tells me that there is a difference, since it is for model 2002. I would like to support me to get the one that corresponds to 2004.
