Hi Petercalifornia! I imagine that what you mean with injection carburetor is to a monopunto system that has the body similar to a carburetor but carries an injector inside. If you say that the monopunto was lazy and the damaged joint, proof of putting joint silicone or manufacture it with joint paper. Because of the symptoms that the problem is surely only that, an air intake by the Board in poor condition. Greetings.
