Opel Diesel flagship

I have an flag flag that gives the P2282 failures (air mass flow sensor) and P0402 (exhaust gas recirculation), the breakdown is sporadic, I have cleaned the EGR and continues to give the sporadical fault. And it has long been pulling a little at second speed. Someone can help me with your knowledge, it would be very grateful.
