Light Battery Mercedes Cl 600 2003 V12 Biturbo

With 50000 km, battery light was turned on in Pamtalla, red color,
the alternator load and did not load it, replace it with another original, now load well 14 V, but the light continues on.
Do you have to reset it? Does anyone know how?
