:( I have a Honda Civic with a D17 year 2002 when it is cold, it can't stand it to accelerate it, like drowning the engine and turns off, but hardly heats up and this temperature works as much as it can be? I have changed some things but anything can someone help me to solve this problem? Thanks to those who can help me, I thank you very much have a nice night and many blessings.

Manual-Mecanica response on the subject that can be the bad
I would look at the water temperature probe, in this engine I do not know, but it is usually in the butt, near the exit of the thermostat, (not to confuse with the radiator probe). When it is damaged, these symptoms usually give, because it exercises as if it were a starter, it can be measured but its resistance is variable with the temperature, here I have no data of its values, it measures its resistance and then heated the bulb with a lighter, if it does not vary its resistance, it is defective. I hope it helps you, greetings.
