Friend I have an unfortunate news, water is passed to the oil so you will have to take out the cylinder head, change packaging, see if you have to rectify butt see how this vila and bench metals, also see the valve seals, that in general.

Let's see can other things are not always the cylinder head, the first thing is to know if the engine has been heated, if you have uploaded the oil level a lot, if you have circulated a lot with the car like this, go to a trustworth

I regret your case and it is not easy or cheap. The same thing happened to you happened to me and it came out in good money. They had to rectify the motor heads and replace it (change the joint). And to my misfortune even so it was, because they told me that I had a fissure in the monoblock (due to a warm that my car had). So what they did was wash the entire engine and poured a magical liquid called Metal Seal. This liquid does is get into every fissure that there is and seal internally. My car was as new and then I honestly sold it immediately because one more expense would be my ruin since I put almost 20 thousand pesos for repair. LUCK!!
