Manual-Mecanica Answer on the Re: Problem with the Damper screw of my Honda
Hello, how are you ... it is a lie that these engines suffer from that problem. In general, when it occurs, it is due to a bad operation of the technician, in order to give you a help I understand that the engine has not intervened, I mean not to be rectified its bench circle, if the ropTura is presented in the outside where the Damper is mounted, it must be checked that the damper protrudes from the tip of the crankshaft and that the screw tightens on the damper In false this screws carries 134lb-ft applied fat in the thread and especially between the head of the screw and the arendla Check in a rectifier and look that this does not turn outside its own axis, that it is not crooked even though some of these crankshafts have not been beaten and tend to twist what is overwhelmed to break, quant me more about this problem, I think you can be able to hire you ,,

I forgot ... If it leaves at the tip of the crankshaft to send it to fix a welding filling and polishing is not a good idea that does not work will always break again by the thermal process to which it is subjected and the work is arduous so it does not endure is better one used but reviewed in a rectifier.

Thanks Daninovato ... if the engine is never rectified in anything ... and if the tip of the crankshaft! The 1st time it was what "call the wedge" and the damper ate the second I imaguino that it was only the wedge through the tip I was intact but the Damper awarded inside and I remain half screw on the internal part of the crankshaft ... coincidentally he uncovers it to empy everything for a oil boat, the block does not notice wear but if I see a small game between the pistons and the little game between the pistons and But minimal tells me that it is fine ...! I think I'm going to buy the rings just! is that game normal? The car has 3 months without using osa q nio I turn to it!

Czech that the wedge is well adjusted, because otherwise the problem should also walk and check the degree of hardness of the screw, because it can be too hard for the application (this in the second time I started).
