How change Auto Chery S-21

Hello. Well before all greeting everyone. I have a small problem. I need to change a wheel of my suto that is a Chery S 21, the problem is that the wheel has the bolts to the center and they are covered with a lid like plastic and this has to be taken to reach the bolts and this is just my problem. I do not have how to get it out, since it has no marquite or something that tells me if I have to turn it or what. Well if anyone knows how please I could answer the question since if I do not do it in a workshop they took it out but who knows how. Gacias.
